The latest development with a flexible cam sets a new standard for in-line stitching. The system is designed with two basic components: a flexible cam and a catch fork which work at high precision when making the cut, forming and pushing the staples. The circumference force helps to improve the action of the fork, enabling accurate stitching at maximum production speed (maximum 130,000 copies per hour).
